This policy governs the cancellation of all RankPulse Agency subscription plans, including but not limited to our standard and premium offerings.

By subscribing to any plan, you agree to abide by this Cancellation Policy, as well as our general Terms & Conditions.

2. Cancelling Your Plan

You may cancel your subscription at any time by submitting a written request via:

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

This means your plan remains active and usable until the last day of the period you’ve already paid for.

There are no partial or prorated refunds for unused days within the billing cycle.

3. Notice Period

To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must submit your cancellation request at least 3 business days before your renewal date.

If the request is submitted less than 3 business days before the renewal date, your subscription will be renewed as scheduled, and the cancellation will apply to the following cycle.

4. Refunds

All fees paid for the current billing period are non-refundable.

Exceptions will only be made in the case of:

Proven billing errors (e.g., duplicate charges)

Circumstances explicitly covered under RankPulse Agency’s service agreement

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date for review.

5. Reinstating a Cancelled Plan

You may reinstate your plan at any time by re-subscribing through our Plans page

or by contacting our support team.

Plan pricing and features at the time of reinstatement will apply.

6. Plan Changes and Upgrades

Upgrading your plan (e.g., from a basic plan to a premium plan) can be done at any time and will take effect immediately, with the applicable fee prorated for the remainder of the current billing period.

Downgrading your plan follows the same rules as cancellation and will apply at the start of the next billing cycle.

7. Acceptance and Policy Updates

By subscribing to any RankPulse Agency plan, you agree to this Cancellation Policy.

RankPulse Agency reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.

Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date, and will not apply retroactively.
